Description

This crabapple can grow to be 15-20 ft. tall and prefers acidic, loamy, moist, sandy-silt soils that are well-drained. It can be grown as a multi-stemmed or single tree trunk. The tree’s pink buds turn to spectacular amounts of white blossoms in April and May. It’s orange/reddish fruits attract birds of all species and persist through the winter, continuing to provide browse. This tree can also be used to pollinate apple trees.
